Due to the perishable nature of food products, all sales are final once preparation has begun. Deposits for custom orders are non‑refundable.
Pickup is available in London, Ontario. Once pickup is completed, responsibility for the product transfers to the customer.
Delivery is available within London, Ontario for a flat fee of $20. Delivery time windows are estimates and not guaranteed to the minute.
Custom orders require a 50% deposit. Balance is due before pickup or delivery. Changes may be limited close to the fulfillment date.
Please keep the cheesecake refrigerated. Product quality may be affected by heat exposure or delays in pickup/delivery.
